Growing up as an athlete, I developed a deep passion for movement, performance, and recovery, which led my interest in athletic training and massage therapy. During my time as a student athletic trainer intern, I spent four semesters gaining hands-on experience working with athletes through every stage of injury and prevention. These formative years taught me the importance of a comprehensive approach to care—one that not only treats the body but also empowers individuals to move and perform at their best.
With over eight years of experience in the recovery and wellness industry, I’ve honed my ability to combine my athletic training experience with massage therapy techniques, creating a unique and effective approach to holistic care.
My foundation in sports science allows me to assess and address dysfunctions, while my massage therapy training brings intentionality and relaxation to every session.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life, including youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. I’m proud to have supported individuals in the NFL, MLB, NBA, MLS, UFC, WNFC, and even Olympic athletes on their recovery and wellness journeys.
This diverse experience has given me the confidence to cater to each client’s unique needs, from performance enhancement to stress relief.
With over 800 hours of formal massage therapy training from The National Holistic Institute, I developed a well-rounded foundation in anatomy, assessment, and both Eastern and Western modalities. My background includes Shiatsu, Thai massage, Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, lymphatic techniques, and spa-based services like prenatal, hot stone, and aromatherapy.
I combine this knowledge with advanced recovery methods such as cupping, assisted stretching, IASTM (Scraping), and kinesiology taping to deliver personalized, results-driven sessions.
Whether you’re an athlete seeking peak performance or someone simply looking to relax and rejuvenate, I can help.
